Web Design:

To the left are samples of some of the sites we've designed. In addition to design work most projects include the expertise from our network of writers, marketing people and developers.

I've found the three following steps helpful in the development of a web site.

Step one is the discovery process.
I use a simple questionnaire intended to get clients to think about and write down what they expect from their web site.

Step two is the site plan
Once we've established the "why" we develop a plan or a map (writing it down helps) for organizing, creating and categorizing the content needed to accomplish the client's goals.

Step three is the design process
Then we move on to the fun part: the design process. I design what I refer to as "site sketches" that includes the layout, colors and navigation of the site. I usually do two options for my client to choose from. Once the look and design of the site has been agreed upon I insert the content. When we've completed proofing, the site goes "live".
