With 47 beanie babies, six cameras, two giant teddy bears and one small TV we squeezed into Cookie (our truck) and road off into the sunset on July 1, 2000. We headed for West Texas with stops in Eldorado at the X Bar Ranch, Terlingua staying in Terlingua Ranch Lodge, Big Bend National Park camping in the Chisos Basin, Marathon at the historic Gage Hotel, and Ft.
